New Vancouver Coastal Health Approved 2000sf Cafe/Commissary Kitchen, centrally located at 383 Raymur Ave, Vancouver, is available for rent. The turnkey Café is situated next to the kitchen.
Kitchen Rent Rates (including wifi, gas, water, electricity, etc). Please note the kitchen exhaust hood is not designed for grease laden cooking (if tenant wants to do deep frying, can get own self-contained ventless deep frying unit).

Casual use or drop in or rent on an hourly basis (subject to availability). Starting rate is $200 for the first 3 hours, subsequent rate at $60/hour. Minimum rent is 3 hours. No storage, just use of kitchen. Refundable security damage deposit is $1000.

​Part time $1000/month for up to 40 hours a month , comes with 1 shelf each, for cooler, freezer and dry storage space. Refundable security damage deposit is $2000.

Part time $2000/month for up to 80 hours/month, comes with 2 shelves each, for cooler, freezer and dry storage space. Refundable security damage deposit is $4000.

Full time with 24/7 access and exclusive use of 2 tables, $3000/month, it comes with 1 48" rack (consisting of 5 shelves) each for cooler and freezer plus 1 36"dry rack, storage space. Refundable security damage deposit is $6000.

Private enclosed 100sf workstation rent $3500/month, or L corner private 100sf workstation rent $3500/month, either package comes with 1 60" rack (consisting of 5 shelves) each for cooler and freezer plus 1 48" dry rack, storage space. Refundable security damage deposit is $7000.
Turnkey Café Rent (around 7000sf) is $5000/month (including wifi, gas, water and electricity, fridges, icemaker, soup warmer, espresso machine, Square sale register, tables and chairs, etc). If want to cook and use the kitchen, kitchen package for cafe tenant is additional $3500/month. You can rent our cafe as your pop up store, minimum rent is $500 per day (up to 8 hours) subject to availability.
